Application: Suitable for AF coating on PET/ BOPP/PEN/PI/PC/PE or flexible glass surface, initial droplets angle>110°.

It equipped with self-designed  AF linear evaporation source which can realize coil can be coated continuously.  It can be equipped with magnetron sputtering cathode as well which can realize transition layer  and AF deposited by one time. The machine can  be customized . The coating substrates width ranges from 600mm to 1650mm.
